CAD/CAM development
YLF can help you design your products or work from your drawings. We can work in 2D or 3D and can accept the following files IPT, STEP and SAT as well as DWG, DXF, PDF and IDES. If you have any queries on file formats please give us a call.
Prototyping
Our wide range of machinery allows us to economically produce prototypes for you to test prior to series production. We'll happily assist you to develop & improve your products.
Fabrication
We aim to ensure maximum cost efficiency and quality with a combination of MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) and ISO 9002 documented quality control procedures. Yorkshire Laser & Fabrication have a broad range of high-tech and conventional fabrication skills giving cost-effective manufacture of many products at production scales from prototype to series.
Inspection
All finished goods are carefully inspected to ensure that tolerances are correct & specifications met prior to packing. All work is manufactured to ISO9002.
