We produce sheet metal enclosures in steel, stainless steel and aluminium. Our EML combination laser / punch not only makes light work of slicing through your sheet metal of choice with its top of the range fibre laser providing unbeatable precision and supreme edge finishing, ideal for intricate detail, but its built-in CNC punch facility can also add louvres, embosses, dimples, bridges, tapped and countersunk holes as required quickly and efficiently, eliminating the need for secondary operations.
Delivering something different
Specialising in the bespoke means the boxes and casings we produce range widely in purpose. Examples include:
· Boxes for EXXFire’s unique fire detection and suppression system, encasing Cool Gas Generators containing pressureless solid state nitrogen which is released to lower oxygen in the vicinity when fire is detected, suppressing flames without damage.
· Bespoke metal enclosures to house electrical control units and wiring forming custom made control panels for manufacturers in the textile, rubber and food production sectors.
· Unique metal cases to accommodate cryptocurrency mining rigs. The customer wanted a cabinet that was functional, allowing adequate air circulation so the rig operated effectively, but was also aesthetically pleasing to suit a home setting.
